a spiritual & cultural immersion
at Samadhi Sacred Valley www.samadhisacredvalley.com
Inspired by the stunning chakra-themed bungalows at Samadhi Sacred Valley, we will dedicate each day of the retreat to dissecting one of the seven chakras in detail. Each day's activities will be themed around a chakra, wherein we will share insights on how to recognize when a chakra is out of balance and how to apply tools to work through these imbalances. The Chakra System as a whole works to balance a person on a mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Hence, through this process of combining yogic techniques, eastern philosophy, and western psychology we hope to allow whatever blockages that may be occurring in your daily life to surface. Our intention is to provide you with practical tools to enhance your life at home off the mat. Be prepared to sink into the beauty of the Andes Mountains and the rich culture of the local Peruvian people who hold deep devotion for our sacred Earth (Pachamama), to experience the colorful aliveness of the philosophy of the chakra system, and to attain insights on your own psyche.
