Hello, Welcome to For the Times.

Where healing meets the moment we’re in.

Our Mission

For the Times was created to meet the world as it is — complex, uncertain, and calling for deeper forms of care. Through Yoga for the Times and Therapy for the Times, we offer integrative, trauma-informed practices that honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Whether through movement, mindfulness, or psychotherapy, our work helps you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate resilience in these times.

Meet the founder: Ali Bullano MSW, LCSW, E-RYT 500

Ali Bullano, LCSW, E-RYT-500, is a seasoned trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher, licensed clinical social worker, and somatic psychotherapist.

As the founder of Yoga + Therapy For the Times, she brings over a decade of experience in leading transformative yoga retreats and teacher trainings. Her yoga classes are designed to empower you by emphasizing choice and agency, fostering heightened internal awareness (interoception), and promoting a more balanced and regulated nervous system.

Since 2019, Ali has been guiding women toward wholeness through psychotherapy. Trained in somatic therapy and EMDR, she incorporates these techniques, as well as, therapeutic yoga, and inward practices to help women achieve deeper levels of mind-body healing.

Through the healing properties of meditation, yoga, psychedelics, and psychotherapy, Ali’s life transformed from depressive and anxiety-ridden to open-hearted and purposeful. She’s here to help you do the same. Book a free 20 minute consultation today, click here.
