At Zenver, we believe that yoga is more than just physical movement. At its essence, yoga means ‘union’ or ‘deep connection.’ A merging of mind, body, and spirit. 

By incorporating elements of meditation and mindfulness into every Zenver class, our teachers help you slow down your mind to connect to your body — and perhaps, to something greater than yourself.

Your humanness matters here. All Zenver teachers will meet you wherever you are — providing a supportive, judgment-free and trauma-informed environment.

Our in-studio yoga classes will be ending on May 19th. Over the summer, we will be offering Yoga at the Farmers Market in Highlands Square on select Sundays at 8am, please check back to sign up for those classes.
