Attendance Options:

- Fully Online (participation solely on Zoom)
All attendance options will have 25+ hours of asynchronous online coursework to complete.
Tuition:
- In-Person/Hybrid Tuition: $3295 (Register before May 1st to save $300)
- Fully Online Tuition: $2595 (Register before May 1st to save $300)
- $500 Deposit is required upon registration (non-refundable, to be put toward tuition)
Scholarship Options:
- 1 BIPOC scholarship available for in-person format (full scholarship, only cost is for materials)

- Select Sundays from 8am-5pm MST
- All students are expected to attend the training live, whether via zoom or in-person, depending on which format they sign up for. In-person students can attend on Zoom at any time.
- Missing live training sessions is allowed (up to 20 hours) as long as the dates are discussed with the lead trainers. Every training session will be recorded and available to watch at a later time.

Curriculum:
Asana (Postures)
Asana means posture in Sanskrit. Asana is a posture that one can hold for a period of time, staying relaxed, steady, and motionless.
Pranayama (Breathwork)
Prana means ‘life force’ or ‘vital energy’ in Sanskrit. We achieve “life force extension” or “increasing of one’s vital energy” through breathwork practices.
Meditation + Mindfulness
Each class we do together will start with meditation. We will practice, explore, and study many different styles of meditation.
Chanting + Mantra
The very foundations of our Universe, of matter and thought, appear to lie in sound vibration. We will learn chanting practices and use mantras in meditation.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga nidra is a practice consisting of guided meditations, a body scan, visualizations, breathing techniques, and awareness. You’ll learn how to guide a simple yoga nidra experience.
The Chakras
Chakra is Sanskrit for ‘wheel of light’ and are known as energy centers. We will study the chakras to understand how yoga influences the body on a subtle level.

Yoga Philosophy + Psychology
Our process for learning for each yogic concept includes lecture/discussion, themed yoga class, meditation, journaling, and active listening in pairs.
Vinyasa Methodology
Zenver’s Vinyasa methodology is based on opening the myofascial lines of the body in a sequential order, designed to leave the practitioner feeling balanced, integrated, and whole.
Anatomy + Physiology
Through online coursework and live Q & A’s with Dr. Anthony Davis, you will fill the foundational anatomy requirements of what you need to know to effectively practice and teach in a way which is pain-free and integrated.
History + Social Dynamics
Learn about yoga’s unique history and how it came to be a beloved practice for millions around the globe.
Lifestyle + Business
Learning business skills is essential to becoming a successful yoga teacher. We’ll discuss ways to diversify your income and make yoga teaching work for you.
Trauma-Informed Approach
A majority of the population has experienced trauma, it is our responsibility to do what we can to create a safe and empowering environment in our classes. We’ll study Polyvagal Theory to understand trauma and its effects on mind and body.
Meet Our Teachers

Ali Bullano E-RYT 500, MSW, LCSW
Ali is the owner/founder of Zenver Yoga, the lead teacher of the training and has over a decade of experience teaching yoga. Ali is a somatic psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker and brings her experience in those fields to help you become a well-rounded, trauma-informed teacher. Ali believes in the importance of our own self-awareness, acknowledging that the work in understanding one’s relationship to privilege regarding ethnicity, color, and other intersectional identities is a lifelong study.

Katy Bauschke E-RYT 200
Katy has been teaching yoga for a decade. Katy studied yoga on an ashram in Rishikesh, Himachal Pradesh, India. There, she learned of the profound wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras from gurus, monks and sages. Katy’s classes are meditative, breath-focused, and are often accompanied by singing bowls, yogic philosophy, and Sanskrit chanting.

Dr. Anthony Davis
Dr. Anthony Davis is the anatomy and physiology teacher for our yoga teacher training. Anthony has a Doctorate of Chiropractic, Master’s in Exercise Science, over 700hrs of training as a yoga teacher, and is a YTT instructor, personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and certified medical exercise specialist. He believes in science, evidence-based practice, and a no-bullshit approach to health & wellness.

Shruti Niravane RYT 200
Shruti was fortunate to grow up in a culture where yoga was a part of many people’s lives. Growing up in the U.K., her mother ensured she was connected to her heritage and the traditions of India. In 2021, while taking a break from working in the scientific research industry, she took the plunge and completed her 200 hour teacher training with Zenver Yoga.

L.A. Miskovic RYT 200
L.A.was introduced to yoga in 2011 after tearing her ACL in college soccer. Yoga then became a way for her to cope while dealing with anxiety, depression, and grief. LA is certified in hatha yoga and yin yoga as well as crystal sound bowl therapy, reiki, Thai massage, and restorative yoga. LA’s objective is for students to feel supported and safe to explore the interplay of emotions and their physical bodies.
