Zen Flow & Restore: ​ This class includes a slower paced flow (matching movement with breath) and some restorative postures as well. By focusing on passive, floor and supine postures that target from knees to navel, a greater flexibility in the joints can be obtained. For the restorative postures, they are held for three to five minutes, relaxing you into the shape and ultimately lengthening and strengthening deep connective tissue. Be prepared to throw away distractions and unwind from the daily active lifestyle. By calming the body and mind, reclaim your inner energy and tap back into a deeper connectedness. All levels of experience will benefit. Lower stress levels, deepen your relaxation and increase flexibility by Zen Flow & Restore to your practice.

Private Instruction:

We offer private, personal sessions. Whether one-on-one or with your small group (3+ people), all will benefit from a private yoga session. Perfect for all levels of practitioners. Beginners will learn the basics of yoga and how to practice safely and sustainably and advanced yogis will have an opportunity to learn new postures and possibly go deeper into their current practice. Zenergy Flow Level II: This vinyasa-based class links body movement with breath, designed to help you find zen within challenging postures. We will move you through a series of intermediate- advanced postures, incorporating arm balances, inversions, and backbends. We will guide you into these difficult postures, incorporating alignment and against- the- wall training for inversions. The practice is well- rounded, with hopes to help intermediate students take their practice to the next level. Advancing in the physical form also requires an advanced mental practice, knowing when to rest, refrain, or go easy in certain poses while developing a sense of humility and patience. This practice will always close with a well-deserved relaxation in savasana. Not recommended for beginners. Intermediate to advanced yogis welcome.

Our classes at Zenver are suitable for all levels of experience, whether complete beginner or experienced yogi.  Whether you are recovering from an injury, prenatal, postnatal or just in need of some Zen in your life, our instructors are equipped to cater to your needs. 

Stretching, Pranayama, & Guided Meditation: This class will include stretching and breathing exercises to help prepare the body for meditation. We will move you through a brief 20 minutes of stretching with movements ranging from gentle seated stretching to fast-paced standing stretching with breathwork (kriyas). The practice will then include seated breathing techniques to purify the system, followed by a 15 minute guided meditation. The meditation practice will explore many types of meditation ranging from mindfulness to traditional meditations of varying lineages. This class will also include an optional 15 minute discussion at the end to share experiences and ask questions. All are welcome!

Align & Flow:This class is focused on proper alignment of the body in yoga postures. It is designed to take you deeper into your yoga practice. Balancing strength with ease, slower paced movement linked with breath will have you drawing inward, creating space to discover what awaits you on your mat. Thoughtfully sequenced, Align & Flow takes you through a journey of self-exploration within the body and mind. All levels welcome!

Zenergy Flow: This  vinyasa-based class links body movement with breath, it's designed to give you the perfect balance of zen and energetic movement. We will move through a series of postures, ranging from simple to complex. This class includes ujiayi breath work, energetic sun salutations, balancing and standing poses, as well as, inversions and floor work. Ending with a guided deep relaxation of the mind and body into savasana. All levels welcome!
